Responsibilities

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining excellent curb appeal through daily maintenance and upkeep of the property grounds, which includes performing daily inspections to identify areas needing improvement. This role also involves assisting with light maintenance duties, work orders, unit turns, and ensuring all property equipment is in working condition.
