Responsibilities Our Groundskeeper II's are responsible for general care of the property grounds, including cleaning of landscape/hardscaped areas and maintaining plants, trees, etc. You will be cleaning and removing plant debris, installing landscapes, trimming plant material, cleaning exterior fixtures, and performing irrigation repairs and maintenance. Compensation: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time - 40 hours per week Qualifications Having a High School diploma or G.E.D. is preferred, but not necessary. Valid Drivers License Having 1 year of regional landscape experience preferred, but willing to consider candidates with a background in construction or similar duties with experience working outdoors at all times of the year and all temperature/weather extremes. You will need to be able to work outside in temperatures in excess of 100 degrees. You will need to be able to lift 75 lbs. and be able to perform physical labor for entire shift. #LI-KK1
