Job Details Salary Range: Undisclosed Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add to our Groundskeeping Team. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN. Groundskeeper Responsibilities: Maintaining Grounds Care for the Campus. Preforming Snow Removal Removal Of Fall Leaves Repairing/Maintaining Grounds Equipment Watering plants, mulching beds around buildings, pruning, and other duties as necessary. Mowing and removing Weeds, Re-seeding lawns and planting flower beds and new trees. Moving Furniture, assisting with set up of special events, Christmas Lights, Festivals, etc. Giving excellent customer service to residents and staff by communicating additional requests, concerns, and or complaints to the Grounds Supervisor. Helping to maintain gutters by cleaning and disposing leaves/debris from gutters. Following instruction from Grounds Supervisor and request of the Director. Groundskeeper Requirements: Ability to perform grounds keeping care and report to supervisor for instruction. Responsibilities
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the grounds of the campus, including snow removal, leaf removal, and equipment maintenance. Additional duties include watering plants, mowing, and assisting with special events.
