Clean and maintain grills, outdoor kitchens, and patio seating areas. Care for pool and pool deck area — including cleaning furniture, emptying skimmers, and ensuring an inviting environment. Handle all pool chemical checks and basic maintenance (Certified Pool Operator [CPO] preferred but company-paid certification available within first 30 days). Inspect grounds for hazards or maintenance issues and report them promptly. Support the maintenance team with seasonal and special clean-up tasks as needed. Maintain landscaping by mowing, raking, watering, weeding, trimming, snow removal and laying sod Pick up and dispose of litter and trash throughout the property Perform non-technical maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and appliances Clean and maintain common areas and grounds Assist with make-ready tasks including painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and supplies Perform other duties as assigned Requirements What You’ll Bring At least 6 months of related experience Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred — must be willing and able to obtain certification within 30 days (company-paid). Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Knowledge of grounds maintenance and basic building trades Ability to operate hand and power tools Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Knowledge, skills and Abilities Required Knowledge of grounds maintenance operations. Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures. Ability to perform ground maintenance tasks. Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects. Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade. Ability to record maintenance tasks performed. Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. Working Conditions and Physical Effort Work involves considerable exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. Work will be performed on rooftops and will require the use of a ladder or lift device. Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required objects over 50 pounds. Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
