Description Groundskeeper and Back-Up Courier (Part-Time) Monday-Friday, 2 to 3 hours per day We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Groundskeeper and back-up Courier to join our team. This versatile role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while ensuring timely delivery of items. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain the appearance and safety of outdoor grounds, including lawns, gardens, walkways, and common areas by cleaning up trash and debris - Perform routine landscaping tasks such sweeping, leaf blowing, watering and weeding - Conduct regular inspections of outdoor spaces to identify and address maintenance needs - Safely transport and deliver documents, packages, and supplies to designated locations within the community or organization (as needed) - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items (as needed) - Assist with light maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed such as cleaning glass windows and doors and changing lightbulbs - Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related outdoor maintenance preferred - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment and tools - Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance - Good communication skills and a professional demeanor - Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods We offer a supportive work environment that values teamwork, growth, and community engagement. Requirements Building and Grounds (some manual positions): Work Environment Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions that may include inclement weather such as, heat, humidity, and snow. Physical Demands Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina. Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder to service lights.

Responsibilities
