One Family.   Purpose Statement We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Groundskeeper  to maintain the outdoor spaces of a private residence. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a passion for horticulture, and the ability to work independently while exercising discretion and professionalism at all times.  Key Accountabilities and Outcomes This is a seasonal position Oversight of property Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property's outdoor areas, including gardens, lawns, walkways, and driveways. Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Monitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals as needed, following safety guidelines and regulations. Sweep and clean outdoor surfaces, including patios, decks, and pool areas, to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment. Remove debris, fallen leaves, and other organic matter to prevent buildup and maintain a neat appearance. Regularly inspect outdoor furniture, fixtures, and structures for damage or signs of wear and tear, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel. Assist with snow removal and ice management during winter months, using appropriate equipment and techniques. Coordinate with other household staff members to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of the property.
