General summer groundskeeping such as lawn mowing, weed trimming, shrub pruning and brush removal. Care, maintenance and repair of grounds keeping equipment and vehicles.
Winter snow plow operations such as pick up trucks, tractors, wheel loaders and salter vehicles. Care, maintenance and repair of plow equipment.
General construction and repair skills required for the following, but not limited to: roll up door repair, shipping dock repairs, concrete chipping, forming, pouring, finishing; welding; proficiency with hand tools and power tools; scraping and painting surfaces; pressure washing; cleaning up; working at heights from scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolds; adjusting and tightening bolts/fasteners; some heavy lifting occasionally; operation of skid steer and motorized equipment. General all round abilities to cope with changing job needs as required in industrial settings. Clean drivers abstract required with minimum G drivers license and access to transportation to and from base site. Flexible daily schedule possible.
