This position provides a great opportunity to work to learn and promote into a Maintenance Technician position. Must enjoy working with people and have a passion for customer service! Summary: Under the supervision and direction of the Community Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety, appearance, of the community grounds. Specific responsibilities include: Work with landscapers to maintain the flower beds, plants and grass Pick up trash Remove Snow (as applicable) Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness Completes exterior work orders Assist maintenance team with make-ready’s Where is the job located?
