JOB POSTING: GROUNDSKEEPER Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Groundskeeper at The Finch. As a Groundskeeper, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment. * Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive. * Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community. * Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule. Qualifications * One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position * Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance * High school diploma or equivalent, preferred * Valid Driver’s License Required Testing * Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR Position Type * Hourly Rate: $22.00 * Full-time * Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k) Position Location * Denver/CO; Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.
