Job Details Job Location: Nam Ku I - El Paso, TX 79907 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Diploma / GED Salary Range: $12.85 - $20.88 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Category: Construction Maintenance Custodial POSITION SUMMARY: Maintains grounds of all Pueblo facilities and property. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for removing all trash from assigned areas; Maintains landscaping for Pueblo grounds; Operates all equipment; Administers chemicals in accordance with manufacturers instructions; Maintains all Pueblo grounds equipment; Assists other Pueblo Maintenance divisions as needed; Assists the Pueblo Maintenance Department in minor building maintenance and repairs; Other related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or its equivalent (G.E.D) or one (1) year work experience in the field performing similar functions; must be 18 years of age; ground maintenance experience preferred. Valid Texas Drivers license with good driving record; and must be insurable. Must be able to successfully pass a post-offer drug screen and criminal background investigation. Bi-lingual English/Spanish. Ability to work varied shifts. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the Employee is regularly required to use good manual and finger dexterity, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Responsibilities

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the grounds of all Pueblo facilities and property, including trash removal and landscaping. They also operate equipment and assist with minor building maintenance and repairs as needed.
