Position: Grounds Operations Coordinator (Maternity Leave Coverage – Minimum 1 Year)
Location: Hamilton, ON
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000/year (based on experience)
Benefits: Available after probation period

We’re now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Grounds Operations Coordinator to support our Grounds Manager and help lead day-to-day operations across lawn maintenance, janitorial, and snow services.

• Supporting the Grounds Manager in the oversight of daily field operations.
• Coordinating and dispatching crews and equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Preparing accurate and timely month-end reports.
• Managing job documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Stepping in as needed to support or fill in for Grounds Superintendents.
• Maintaining a solid understanding of janitorial, grounds, and snow service responsibilities.
