The opportunities to brighten our guests’ days are endless! Responsibilities: * Always have the proper tools on-hand when making repairs and maintain all safety precautions when performing any work assignments. * Must be able to work on ladder and with various heights. * Maintain the property to always look professional and free from any deficiencies including but not limited to grounds; physical appearance of all assets kept crisp and up-to-date and all grounds and vehicles. * To ensure that all grounds are properly attended to and are kept in a clean and well groomed manner. * To assist to ensure the level of quality with respect to the structures physical and operational requirements. * Routinely check public facilities to ensure the effectiveness of our preventative maintenance program. * Participate on all property emergency procedures that protect both our guests and employees on a day to day basis. * Maintain a safe and secure environment at all times for both the employees and guests. Job Requirements: * Must know how to swim. * Skilled in the proper and safe use of all tools, equipment, materials, chemicals and products related to the department and most importantly to his field of expertise. * The ability to stand, squat, reach walk and lift for periods at a time. * $15 p/hr Paramount Hospitality Management is an equal opportunity employer.
