CARDS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• CITB 5-Day SMSTS
• CSCS Supervisor Qualification
• First Aid at Work Certification

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Completion of company IT induction/training within first 1–3 months.

• Overseeing safe digging practices, especially around buried services.
• Interpreting site programmes and turning them into practical day-to-day action.
• Pushing quality, safety, and performance by engaging directly with operatives.
• Managing subcontractors and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings to guide teams and solve on-site challenges.
