GROUNDWORKER– ANCHOR REPAIRS & PROPERTY SERVICES

Location: based from Seaham, County Durham covering various sites (travel required)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our Anchor Repairs & Property Services (ARPS) team in the North East. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality external ground repairs across our locations, ensuring all work is safe, precise, and completed to the highest standard.

What you’ll do:

• Lay and level all types of flagging with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Install, repair and maintain drainage systems, including pipes, manholes and stormwater management.
• Carry out boundary brick wall repairs.
• Mix and pour concrete for footpaths and other structures.
• Operate groundworking machinery and tools, including compactors, mixers and CAT scanners.
• Follow repair specifications to ensure correct completion of works.
• Work closely with Anchor and Equans managers, surveyors and site teams to deliver projects efficiently.
• Maintain high health and safety standards at all times.
