ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Groundman, you will work alongside our engineers and site teams to assist with groundwork, site preparation, and general maintenance tasks. You’ll ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to our company’s high standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with excavation, groundwork, and drainage installation
• Operating basic hand and power tools safely
• Supporting plant and machinery operators
• Ensuring the worksite is kept tidy and safe at all times
• Assisting with material handling and deliveries
• Following instructions from site supervisors and engineers
• Complying with all health & safety procedures

• Previous experience in groundwork or construction (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
• Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Basic understanding of health and safety on site
• Full UK driving licence (mandatory)
• Must be 21 or over
