OVERVIEW

We are a successful small to medium sized building contractor specialising in conservation work and are currently seeking a skilled groundworker to join us for a long run of work.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL REQUIRED:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in all aspects of groundworks
• Ability to read and understand engineers and architectural drawings
• Someone that can use their own initiative and instruct others
• Quality workmanship and takes pride in their work

SITE REQUIREMENTS AND LOCATION:

• Site location within a 45 minute travel time from HP27 9QB
• Own transport required
• Own small tools
• Own PPE

• Setting out extensions and drainage etc
• Confident machine operator, site level and measuring equipment etc
• Excavation, concreting, reinforcing, beam and block and all substructure work
