Orbit Workforce Solutions Ltd is recruiting for 2 experienced Groundworkers for an on-going project in Southampton.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking reliable and skilled Groundworkers to support the delivery of high-quality groundwork services. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of groundwork experience and ensure safety and efficiency on-site.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of groundwork experience.
• In-date CSCS card (mandatory).
• Dumper ticket (ideal but not essential)
• Ideally, have own transport to reach the site.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform all aspects of groundwork, including drainage, paving, and kerbing.
• Operate machinery and tools as required (Dumper Ticket holders preferred).
• Adhere to health and safety protocols on-site.
• Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
