REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman or Supervisor
• CSCS Skilled Worker card (Essential)
• Excavator ticket (Essential)
• Valid UK driving licence
• Willing and able to work away from home when required (accommodation provided)
• Must be eligible for security clearance (e.g., MOD, nuclear sites)
• Right to work in the UK

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our team on a self-employed basis. This is a nationwide role, working on critical infrastructure projects including MOD sites, prisons, and nuclear facilities. Travel and staying away from home will be required at times, with all accommodation and travel expenses covered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise groundworks teams on-site
• Coordinate and manage daily site activities
• Ensure health and safety compliance at all times
• Operate machinery as needed (excavators etc.)
• Communicate effectively with site managers and clients
• Maintain high standards of work and project delivery
