GROUNDWORKS & SITE TEAM MANAGER

Watts Partridge Construction Ltd are a small but growing business specialising in steel frame buildings and associated groundworks. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in groundworks who can take charge of a gang on site, keep the work moving, and set the standard for the team.

The Role

• Day-to-day running of a gang, mainly carrying out groundworks.
• Making sure jobs are done safely, on time, and to a good standard.
• Getting hands-on when needed, but also driving the team forward.
• Helping to bring less experienced lads on and keep the team working well together.
• From time to time, pitching in with steel frame erection and general site work.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in groundworks (drainage, foundations, concrete, etc.).
• Someone who’s used to running a small team or ready to step up into that role.
• A good head for site safety and keeping things organised.
• Reliable, practical, and able to deal with clients and site managers when needed.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
