JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to oversee a small team of 3 groundworkers (supplied by us) on an active construction site. The current project involves underpinning works, so prior experience in underpinning is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor.
• Strong background in underpinning.
• Ability to manage and direct a small team effectively.
• Good communication and site management skills.
• CSCS (and other relevant site tickets/certifications) preferred.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3 groundworkers.
• Ensure underpinning works are carried out safely and to specification.
• Monitor progress and report to site management.
• Maintain site safety, compliance, and quality standards.
