As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a commercially minded and strategically astute Group Account Director to lead our largest client relationships and set the standard for how we partner with brands. This role is crucial in the day-to-day management of our accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity and commercial rigour. You’ll be responsible for ensuring account excellence across retained and embedded models, while owning the client growth strategies, commercial health and senior stakeholder relationships that underpin our success. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership Lead and evolve account management across Dijitally’s client portfolio. Act as the senior point of contact for client leadership teams, building trusted relationships. Translate business challenges into opportunities for impactful creative, digital and performance solutions. Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning. Campaign and project leadership Partner with and lead the project management team to ensure enough resources to deliver digital excellence for our clients and drive client growth as well as maximise performance and productivity. Commercial & Growth Ownership Own the financial performance of our client group – including revenue, margin and forecasting. Identify opportunities for organic growth, cross-sell and new projects. Anticipate risks or challenges in accounts early and address them proactively. Contribute to pricing strategies, proposals, and negotiation at senior level. People & Culture Leadership Lead and mentor Senior Account Managers and Project Managers across multiple accounts. Provide coaching, frameworks and development to elevate account management standards. Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused culture that aligns with Dijitally’s values. Strategic Contribution Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to evolve our client strategy and positioning. Contribute to decisions around service models, commercial frameworks, and client success. Represent Dijitally in new business conversations, pitches, and proposals. Skills and Experience 10+ years in account leadership roles within creative, digital, or integrated agencies. Proven success in growing and retaining major accounts, ideally across fintech, retail, travel, or tech. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multimillion-dollar portfolios. Skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams and building collaborative, high-performance cultures. Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
