The role
The GAD’s role is to set the overall direction of their accounts and their teams, responsible for the overall ownership, development, quality of work and campaign performance. As a senior client contact, you will take responsibility for the creating and execution of client development plans, quarterly activity planning, and achieving agreed incremental revenue targets. You will report to the Business Unit Leader and will be accountable for the performance of your client account to agreed revenue targets. You will manage the performance and outcomes of your Account Directors ensuring that your teams’ deliverables and outcomes meet the needs of both your client and Equator.
