For our location in Schönefeld, we are looking for a
Group Accountant (IFRS) (m/w/d)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • several years of experience in Group Accounting, Audit or Group Controlling functions of a multinational group
  • University degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS/consolidation and capable of managing these topics professionally
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication skills (English is a must, German is a plus)
  • Be open to actively shaping growth in the coming years across departments and countries
  • LucaNet, D365 F&O, Blackline or similar experience is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of consolidated financial statements to the external auditors on a group level for yearly audit
  • Partner with the Controlling Team to drive on-time delivery of monthly reporting and support in further automation and harmonisation of the closing process
  • Own the Local GAAP to IFRS Conversion process within the monthly closing for several countries
  • Own IFRS specific topics like IFRS 9, IFRS 16, Deferred taxes, new standards and upcoming Purchase Price Allocations
  • Develop and implement the Group Accounting Policies and Accounting Manuals
  • Collaboration on other wide-ranging finance topics such as budgeting, coordination of tax return preparation with external partners etc.
  • Implementation of additional tools that contribute to HiSERV’s operational excellence
  • Act as a sparrings partner directly to the CFO
