Responsibilities

  • Support in the establishment and maintenance of robust group-wide accounting policies and guidelines
  • Ensure timeliness of all involved parties in order to prepare the monthly/quarterly/annually consolidated financial statements according to IFRS
  • Develop and manage financial reports for board meetings, investor relations and other relevant stakeholders
  • Be a contact for accounting and auditing issues for our internal teams, subsidiaries, auditors, tax authorities, and other external parties with regard to consolidation and the accounting guidelines used
  • Continuously help to improve and automate internal (control) processes to provide accurate and timely financial overviews

Profile

  • Have solid practical experience in (group) accounting according to IFRS, ideally with a background in auditing, financial accounting/advisory or transaction service line
  • Possess strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a result-oriented working style
  • Are motivated to work in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing international environment
  • Are fluent in English
  • Have experience with consolidation tools such as LucaNet (a strong plus)
