Stellenbeschreibung Your Responsibilities Take an active, hands-on role in preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements, including special topics such as first-time consolidations, impairment reviews, and drafting group notes and management reports. You will also support our external auditors throughout the audit process. Oversee and maintain the Group’s accounting policies, ensuring consistent application of the guidelines across all business units. Resolve specific accounting and reporting questions in accordance with German GAAP (HGB). Shape and optimize processes in fixed asset accounting and govern fixed asset policies Group-wide. Further develop, implement, and monitor our internal control system (ICS) standards across the KOSTAL Group. Tackle special projects in accounting and contribute to company transactions (M&A, restructuring, etc.). Qualifikationen University degree in Business, Economics, or similar with a focus on Finance and Accounting—or comparable commercial training with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., certified accountant). Several years of experience in Group Accounting at a large enterprise or in group audits at an accountancy firm. Proven track record in using consolidation software (e.g., SAP, IDL, Lucanet, etc.). Business-fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
