The core functions of this role include:
· Responsible for the Accounts Payables inbox for two entities
· Process purchase invoices, including matching against Proof of Deliveries, in a timely manner
· Resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently
· Reconcile supplier accounts with statements
· Produce weekly/monthly suggested supplier payment runs
· Maintain supplier databases
· Process weekly timesheets and produce weekly labour productivity reports
· Additional ad-hoc duties such as holiday cover for other team members
Do you have:

· Previous experience in a Finance function would be advantageous
Salary- Up to £26,000 DOE.
