Worldwide Developer Relations is seeking a proactive and resourceful Group Administrative assistant to streamline processes, lead space planning initiatives, and provide comprehensive admin support to International DR management team. This role involves optimizing workflows, managing competing priorities, and ensuring efficient daily operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and exercises sound judgment, with exceptional communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively across multiple teams, levels, and locations. DESCRIPTION The Group Administrative Assistant supports the international DR management team by streamlining processes, managing operations, and coordinating space planning initiatives. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of administrative and calendaring experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a high tech environment Provide heavy calendar management and prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of professionalism Exercise good judgment, integrity and discretion at all times, especially when exposed to highly sensitive material and confidential information Ability to work successfully in a team environment, act as a trusted resource, and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group is critical Detail-oriented and organized with experience coordinating travel logistics, managing bookings, and handling last-minute itinerary changes efficiently Must possess a “can-do” attitude, be well organized, have acute attention to detail, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent follow through PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency with iCal, Mail, Keynote and other Mac OS/iOS based office systems a plus Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Chinese a plus Multi-national working experience a plus
