Responsibilities
  • Lead & Manage: Oversee the efficient running of the parts and service departments, managing depot parts and service managers and their teams of technicians to deliver outstanding results company wide.
  • Organise Operations: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of service appointments, on-site call-outs and workshop activities and work with the service managers to unearth and implement improvements and ensure optimal workflow.
  • Drive Profitability: Manage company wide P&L, pricing, invoicing and cost control to enhance service profitability.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by supporting the professional development of your teams.
  • Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction while managing warranty, retail and internal invoicing.
  • Health & Safety: Implement and adhere to current and future H&S regulations.
