Group Aviation Trader About MOL Group Join our Aviation business and contribute to the commercial growth of MOL Group across domestic and international markets. As part of our Downstream team, you will support the expansion of the aviation fuel portfolio and strengthen key partnerships in the region. Purpose of the Position As a Group Aviation Trader, you will drive business development, manage sales & supply activities, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction in assigned markets. You will work with partners across the value chain, support commercial planning, optimize margins, and convert new opportunities into real business results. Main Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Manage regional sales & supply and business development activities. Lead negotiations and develop partnerships in Wholesale and Into-Plane segments. Identify market needs and shape commercial approaches. Customer Experience Ensure high-level customer satisfaction across the region. Improve service quality jointly with Supply, Production, Logistics, Finance and Sales teams. Commercial & Analytical Support Support supply planning, forecasting, and margin optimization. Contribute to business strategies and execution plans. Prepare proposals, presentations, and business analyses. Compliance & Coordination Coordinate sales representatives/sales support teams in group companies. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies. Who We Are Looking For Education: BSc/MSc in relevant field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in the oil industry.
