Ready to lead high-performing sales teams and drive big commercial wins across Metro, Regional & Digital? The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven and commercially savvy Group Business Director to lead strategy and relationships across a portfolio of top agency groups in NSW spanning Metro, Regional, and Digital screens. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll oversee Group Sales Managers while partnering closely with Digital, Sports, and Strategy teams. Based in our head office in Eveleigh, Sydney and reporting to the NSW Business Director, you’ll play a key role in building a high-performing, collaborative sales culture, driving revenue outcomes, strengthening agency partnerships, and shaping solutions that deliver against both State and Network targets. Please note that this is a 12-month contract role. What you'll do: Lead insight-driven revenue growth strategies across Metro, Regional, and Digital platforms, maximising market share across your agency portfolio. Build and strengthen relationships with agencies and direct clients, driving engagement across key accounts and unlocking broader media opportunities. Deliver high-value commercial partnerships and major negotiations, collaborating cross-functionally to create innovative, integrated client solutions. Foster a high-performing, collaborative “Better Together” sales culture through coaching, strategic leadership, and a strong focus on client outcomes and service excellence. Stay ahead of market trends and client needs through data-driven insights, proactive reporting, and compliance with commercial, regulatory, and Seven Network standards. What you'll bring: You are someone who leads, inspires and influences to drive results. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love leading teams, and know how to turn strategy into commercial success. You’ll also have: Minimum 10 years Agency and/or Marketing/ Media Sales experience with strong history of building client partnerships. Proven leadership skills and track record in building and developing a cohesive Sales team. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business results. Demonstrable confidence, influence, and exceptional relationship-building skills and experience.
