Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Manage and coordinate annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the Group. Performance Reporting: Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on corporate performance for top management. Decision Support: Deliver proactive, high-quality analyses and recommendations to support strategic decisions. Process & System Development: Drive continuous improvement of controlling methodologies and related IT systems. Leadership: Ensure team development, succession planning, and a customer-focused, sustainable operation. What We’re Looking For We seek a highly motivated, experienced finance leader who thrives in complexity and wants to make an impact. Ideally, you bring: Education: University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business. Experience: Minimum 7–8 years in finance, including at least 1–2 years in a managerial role. Skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English. Solid knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and planning processes.
