Job Description LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER Working within Charter Team, your main responsibilities would be to ensure that private charter flights are managed from initial enquiry, quotation, booking of aircraft to the completion of the charter Build and maintain relationships with key travel bookers over your assigned client portfolio Build and maintain relationships with operators Assist in growing operator database and ensure operator and fleet data is accurate and up to date Manage charter requests from clients in a timely manner Manage and communicate all booking changes as required Create flight briefs and post flight reports Ensure all flight bookings adhere to our legal and compliance guidelines Manage client and supplier invoicing requirements Adhoc reporting requested by clients Domestic travel may be required from time to time to visit clients and operators Assisting brokers with adhoc tasks from time to time The role requires flexible working hours. From time to time you may be required to work outside of standard business hours THE TRAINING We want to ensure you become the best salesperson possible and therefore have created a detailed 14-month training programme for all of our employees to follow before they go live and start actively selling! (4-6 months in the flight services training + 6 months broker training + classroom training in our London HQ) *Commission guarantee bonus from month 10 Qualifications THE PERSON Native Japanese speakers with experience in the Japanese market are highly preferable Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to coordinate with clients, operators and other stakeholders Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is a key part of the role, so interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude are important Organization: Coordinating private travel involves managing logistics, schedules, and details, so organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial Knowledge of Aviation: Some knowledge of aviation regulations, terminology, and procedures can be beneficial Problem-Solving: The ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues is important in this role Working under pressure: Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage tasks effectively and with a sense of urgency Computer Skills: Proficiency in using software for charter bookings, communication, and data management is required Additional Information WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU Competitive salary with 10% uncapped commission 20 day holiday which increases with length of service Additional paid leave for wedding, moving house, holiday shopping and more Flexible working hours Industry leading training programme and on-job mentorship programme Opportunities for global travel A friendly, fun and very exciting environment enhanced with regular company-funded social events and seasonal parties plus Friday night drinks Check us out on social media!
