• Inspiring and mentoring chefs, developing talent, and supporting succession planning
• Championing sustainability, nutrition and consistency without ever compromising flavour
• Collaborating with Ops Directors, GMs and suppliers to ensure food is both high quality and commercially smart
• Driving innovation by staying ahead of trends and bringing new ideas to the table
• Supporting kitchens to deliver value for money while reducing waste and improving GP
