JOB DESCRIPTION – GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Location: UAE
Reports to: Group Chairman & Managing Director

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 25 years in finance, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in Fabrication, EPC, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong ERP (D365), BI tools proficiency, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
