Handle incoming inquiries for groups and meetings in a professional and timely manner. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients. Maintain regular contact with existing and potential clients through calls, emails, and site inspections. Coordinate with the Events and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of all group and conference requirements. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the hotel’s CRM system. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts as requested by management. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions as required. Ensure all sales activities are aligned with the hotel’s standards and brand values. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills Team player with the ability to work independently when required Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-oriented and solution-focused approach Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and variable working hours Additional Information A team player Add diplomas/certifications required if needed.
