Job Description Lead the Group Controlling Operations team with employees located in the Philippines and in Switzerland. Responsible for general "run" activities including masterdata creation and change Responsible Time and expense booking adjustments and issue handling Responsible for CO month end closing activities Creation, review and update of SOPs and manuals Support for other controlling tasks Qualifications At least 2 years experience with Group Controlling Operations tasks and good technical understanding (SAP) Good people skills (communication, people management) Proficient in English Experience in a similar role as team lead is an asset Additional Information We realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
