We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative CSR to join our 1st shift team! This position will be responsible for but not limited to: • Serve as the main contact for inbound and outbound customer inquiries • Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and in-person communication • Process orders, returns, and customer complaints promptly and accurately • Utilize all required system applications and screens effectively • Generate, analyze, and apply insights from reports • Conduct pallet audits to ensure inventory and shipment accuracy • Ensure all shipments meet required shipping standards • Complete freight claim reporting and other clerical tasks as needed • Perform additional duties as assigned by management • Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy. • Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards. • Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, report variances as necessary. • Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power source as necessary. • Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. • Assist in physical inventories. • Complete daily inspection of equipment. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads. Key Accountabilities: Conduct training for new associates. Maintain legible and accurate records or logs. Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility. Monitor performance of associates within the work group. Open and/or close and secure the building as directed. Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected. Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
