Group Corporate Communications and Marketing Manager Shape the voice, reputation and brand of a leading international group We are looking for an experienced and strategic communications and marketing leader to join our Group Corporate Communications and Marketing team. In this highly visible leadership role, you will be responsible for driving a unified marketing communications strategy across the Group, strengthening brand value, ensuring consistency across markets, and leading a diverse team of communications, digital, insights and partnership professionals. This is an opportunity to influence how millions of customers, partners, employees and stakeholders experience our brands across multiple countries and business lines. Your key responsibilities Lead and develop our brands Own and manage the Group's brand portfolio and brand architecture. Define and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity standards and brand governance across all markets and businesses. Ensure consistent brand representation throughout all communication channels and touchpoints. Drive regional communication and marketing excellence Develop and oversee regional marketing communication campaigns across business units. Support local market teams in adapting and localizing campaigns while maintaining brand consistency. Share best practices and drive communication synergies across countries and business areas. Build impactful partnerships and agency networks Lead the Group-level creative and media agency ecosystem. Manage agency selection, tendering, performance evaluation and optimization. Ensure efficient briefing processes and effective resource utilization. Lead media, insights and communication effectiveness Oversee media planning and performance evaluation across markets. Ensure consumer research and insight programs deliver actionable business value. Support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement of communication activities. Lead and develop high-performing teams Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams covering marketing communications, digital communications, web ecosystem, consumer insights and retail partnerships. Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and capability development across the organization. Partner with local leaders to strengthen communication capabilities throughout the Group. Support business growth through strategic communication Ensure communication plans effectively engage all relevant stakeholder groups through the right channels, content, timing and tools. Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to support strategic priorities and business objectives. What we are looking for University degree. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, branding or related fields. Proven leadership experience managing larger, multifunctional teams. Strong expertise in strategic communication planning and integrated marketing communications. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience working with agencies, media planning and campaign management. Strong project management and execution capabilities. Outstanding presentation and communication skills. Creative mindset combined with strong business acumen. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, international environment. Fluent English and Hungarian. Why join us?
