• Lead cash collection strategies across the Group, ensuring timely payments.
• Oversee aged debt, credit limits, and reporting – with a laser focus on reducing risk.
• Manage Applications for Payment (AFP) and resolve disputes with ease.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive payment performance.
• Deliver regular credit risk analysis and high-impact reporting to senior leadership.
• Mentor and support your team with 1:1s, training plans, and leadership guidance.
• Identify and implement process improvements in credit control systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and costing teams to enhance financial operations and accuracy.
• Provide critical support for audits, policy updates, and SOP documentation.
