An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Credit Manager to lead the credit and accounts receivable function across the Volution Group's businesses in Australia and New Zealand, part of the global Volution Group plc (LSE: FAN).

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work closely with Accounts Receivable teams and business leaders across Australia and New Zealand to optimise credit processes, strengthen controls and support cash flow and working capital performance.

The opportunity

This hands-on position combines day-to-day credit management with team leadership, process improvement and broader regional responsibility. You will work collaboratively with Finance, Sales and Customer Service teams to manage credit risk while maintaining strong commercial and customer relationships.

A key focus of the role will be building on the strong relationships and knowledge established by the current Credit Manager over more than 20 years. • Identifying emerging credit risks and supporting appropriate mitigation and recovery strategies
