Remote (Europe) Applicants must be located in a country where the company has an established entity   Travel to global sites as required (10%)   As our new Group Demand Planner, you’ll take ownership of a 36-month rolling forecast, using statistical models to build a clear, reliable view of demand across the business. You’ll analyse and refine data, communicate insights clearly to both internal and external stakeholders, and confidently challenge assumptions to ensure forecasts are as accurate and informed as possible. You’ll play a key role in shaping our planning process, working closely with commercial teams to highlight risks and opportunities and presenting these through the Group S&OP cycle. Alongside this, you’ll act as the go-to expert for our forecasting tools—supporting and training colleagues to make sure everyone gets the most out of the system.     Some of your key responsibilities: * Own and continuously improve the 36-month rolling demand forecast, driving accuracy through data, insights, and collaboration * Lead the Group Demand S&OP process, presenting risks and opportunities and aligning input from commercial and supply chain teams * Partner with sales, customer service, and product teams to manage demand changes, exceptions, and short-term constraints * Develop and maintain Forecast Accuracy KPI reporting, using data to drive improvements and enhance customer service * Act as the link between local and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the demand plan * Take ownership of demand planning processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting users across the business     What do I need to be successful in this role? * Strong experience in demand planning and S&OP, ideally within a global, multi-site supply chain * Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and advanced Excel/data skills (ERP experience preferred) * Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across teams * Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivated team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach and strong commercial awareness     What’s in it for me? * Competitive salary with participation in a company bonus scheme, rewarding shared success * Generous pension contributions, with enhanced employer support depending on location * Access to a range of health, wellbeing, and employee benefit programmes * Annual leave entitlement in line with local policies, with options to buy additional days where available * Opportunities to give back, including paid volunteering time and support for charitable fundraising initiatives     Who are Scott Bader?
