Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE.

We’re on the lookout for someone unique. A person with drive, passion and energy to create something great. As a Group Digital Director, you will report directly to our Digital AVP and lead a team of Digital client leaders, supporting and developing their career success. You will build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as their trusted digital media advisor and you and your team will be accountable for the development and execution of digital media campaigns. You will work closely with our Digital Practice Directors to ensure best-in-class campaign execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO.

  • Thought leadership, Industry organizations (judging, boards, teaching)
  • Publications and panel participation Internal (PlusCo) & external (industry) committees
  • Sets the strategic vision across multiple accounts, ensuring consistency in execution and alignment with agency-wide standards.
  • Oversees execution methodologies across multiple accounts, ensuring teams follow industry best practices.
  • Develops agency-wide budget allocation methodologies to maximize efficiency across multiple clients.
  • Ensures reporting frameworks meet agency and client needs across multiple accounts, optimizing efficiency and insights.
  • Defines coordination processes across multiple accounts to improve efficiency.
  • Aligns innovation strategies across multiple accounts, ensuring long-term competitiveness.
  • Oversees client relationships across multiple accounts, defining strategic engagement models.
  • Oversees partner strategies across multiple accounts, fostering alignment between corporate deals and client needs.
  • Manages financial oversight across multiple accounts, optimizing budget allocation models.
