Job Description Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, the Group Digital & Innovation Manager role combines strategy with hands-on delivery to implement innovative technology and ways of working that drives operational excellence, agility, and sustainable growth. You will be responsible for: Defining a progressive digital and innovation strategy that reflects organisational priorities. Developing a roadmap supported by effective stakeholder engagement. Delivering forward-thinking digital solutions to enable efficiencies across operations and support functions. Partnering with stakeholders to identify and deliver opportunities for innovation. Leveraging data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions. Monitoring and identifying emerging technologies and trends that enable operational effectiveness and strengthen market distinction. Qualifications Key requirements of the role include: Established track record leading innovation, transformation, or strategic initiatives within large organisations. Demonstrated experience in driving digital strategy. Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability. Project delivery capability including change leadership. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
