Responsibilities

THIS POSITION IS FOR FULL-TIME PERMANENT ROLE,

Reporting to: Group General Manager

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Oversight:

  • Manage the operation and infrastructure development of all centres, ensuring resident satisfaction, employee satisfaction, efficiency and high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor occupancy levels, resident needs, and employee performance
  • Implement and refine group operations for continual improvement
  • Ensure company SOPs are followed, developed and implemented
  • Manage a team direct-reports including General Managers and Deputy General Managers

Budget and Financial Management:

  • Manage and oversee operational finances, including operating budgets, payroll, cost control, infrastructural development and resource allocation
  • Prepare reports and present financial and operational updates to senior management
  • Manage and control an effective group procurement strategy
