Our client is seeking an experienced, sales-driven professional with a passion for luxury hospitality to join a prestigious hotel group known for its flagship properties, impeccable guest service, and exclusive offerings. We are seeking an accomplished Director of Sales to lead dynamic sales strategies and drive success across small-to-medium-sized luxury hotels.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Director of Sales or senior sales leader in luxury hotels
  • Strong background in international sales, particularly in smaller to mid-sized property segments
  • Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and client relationship management skills
  • Deep knowledge of luxury market dynamics and customer service excellence
  • Thai language skills are highly preferred but not mandatory
