We are seeking an accomplished Director of Sales to lead dynamic sales strategies and drive success across small-to-medium-sized luxury hotels.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Director of Sales or senior sales leader in luxury hotels
  • Strong background in international sales, particularly in smaller to mid-sized property segments
  • Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and client relationship management skills
  • Deep knowledge of luxury market dynamics and customer service excellence
  • Thai language skills are highly preferred but not mandatory
