Group Employee Experience & Culture Expert Join MOL Group’s Capability Development team to design how thousands of colleagues experience work from listening surveys and DEIB to onboarding and alumni communities. You’ll be able to shape strategy, run Group‑wide pulse surveys, and partner across MOL Group international OpCos to turn insights into actions that move engagement and business performance. Main responsibilities and tasks: Design and maintain the Group people listening landscape to measure employee engagement, organizational pulse, and employee experience throughout the employee life cycle. Develop and implement regular employee engagement measurement concepts, ensuring comparable and actionable results across all business lines and countries. Manage Employee Engagement pulse checkes, delivering professional questionnaires, user-friendly tools, and meaningful reports in collaboration with HR and Communications. Collaborate with HR and Communication teams to organize targeted events and meetups aligned with the D&I framework, supporting strategic employee groups (e.g. working moms on maternity leave). Own and continuously improve the Group onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation and positive employee experience. Support change programs to prepare the organization for successful business and culture transformation through cross-functional collaboration. Lead the Group-level D&I strategy and framework, coordinating annual action plans and cascading leadership toolkits across core markets and OpCos. Propose initiatives under D&I framework pillars and coordinate the network of local Employee Experience, D&I, and Culture Experts to ensure consistent implementation.
