MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Employee Relations Advisor is responsible for promoting a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. You will provide expert advice to management and employees on workplace issues, conducting investigations, and supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of employment law and experience of working with and building union relationships, collective agreements knowledge and managing operational challenges to support business needs.
