  Genesis is always looking for enthusiastic and motivated instructors to work with a great team. Our instructors must be qualified in their chosen field

Our instructors must be qualified in their chosen field such as;

• Freestyle Trained
• Barre, Pilates Mat, or Yoga specifi

Skills & Attributes:

• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills
• Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL).
• Willingness to complete Freestyle Instructor course if required
• Working with Children’s Check
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Infection Control Training certificate (COVID-19)
• Relevant Program Certification ( eg - Reformer, Yoga, Barre, Boxing, Pilates etc )
• Prepared to participate in in-house training
• Current fitness registration with AusActive or relevant body preferred
• Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
• Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is essentia
