We are looking for a committed Group Exercise Supervisor who has a genuine enthusiasm for group exercise, a vision to recruit, coach and develop an exceptional instructor team and ensure our studio standards look and feel first class. We need as supervisor that can creating a team, they can trust and rely on to give our members a 5* experience, whilst growing an ever-changing Group Exercise timetable, ensuring our Signature Products are at the forefront.

Our expectations are that all classes must be safe, well attended and professionally taught and that our members always leave your class having had an amazing experience.

SO WHAT QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

  • Hold a minimum of a current L2 or L3 CIMSPA qualified trainer.
  • Takes responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification.
  • Appreciates customer feedback and strives to exceed expectations.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills, be solutions driven and demonstrate that you can think on your feet and manage the moment..
  • Always leads by example, delivering a best-in-class experience.
  • Understands the importance of and always operates a safe class.
  • Have effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport motivate!
  • Good time keeping, Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional.
  • Creative keeping classes fresh and alive, bringing elements fun and energy to drive member engagement and exceed penetration and occupancy targets.
