This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and help individuals their goals in a supportive and structured environment. As a Group Facilitator, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting groups of participants in productive discussions, workshops, and activities. You will create a positive and inclusive environment, helping participants feel comfortable, engaged, and motivated to contribute. Your role will involve planning and organizing sessions, setting clear objectives, managing group dynamics, and ensuring that all voices are heard. Shift: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 3:45pm Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors or master’s degree, plus at least six (6) months of experience facilitating behavioral health related groups. Associate degree plus two (2) years behavioral health work experience, including at least six (6) months of experience facilitating behavioral health related groups. High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification from an AHCCCS approved training program plus three (3) years of behavioral health work experience, including at least six (6) months of experience facilitating behavioral health related groups. High School Diploma or GED plus four (4) years of behavioral health work experience, including at least six (6) months of experience facilitating behavioral health related groups. Additional Requirements: Must be 21 years of age (automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
